Curated on years of scholastic and academic expertise and industry insights,T-CAT aims to unravel one of the most important decisions in a studentās life - choosing the right career path.
With TCAT, career planning transforms from a stressful uncertain process into a structured and guided experience, ensuing that every student begins the journey with clarity, directionĀ andĀ purpose.

TCAT is designed to assist students in identifying their scholastic potential, personality traits and career interests. Itās like a compass that guides the students towards the career path that aligns with their strengths and Goals.
TCAT is divided into 2 sections.
First, The scholastic test which asses the students academic suitability by analysing their responses. Second, the psychometric and work interest pattern which delves into your personality type and career interest.
A complex algorithm then integrates these insights and outlines potential career options based onĀ theirĀ profile.
The TCAT report will provide a student with a clearer picture of their strengths and interests. This will enhance their understanding and help them set realistic achievable goals aligned with their aspirations. The report will make it simpler for the student to discuss their career options with family, mentors and educationalĀ counsellors.
